Refund & Return Policy
Please take a moment to read our Refund and Return Policy. Understanding these guidelines helps avoid delays or misunderstandings during the return process.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your item.
Should you wish to continue with the change even after 7 days, but before 30 Calendar days, you will be charged a 15% handling fee.
No returns will be allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn and unused
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Without any foreign scent or odour
Proof of purchase (invoice, quotation, or order number) is required.
3. How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be logged and approved before being sent back.

Unauthorised returns may be rejected.
4. Reasons for Return Rejection
A return may be declined if:
- The product shows signs of wear or use
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
- The return is logged late
- The item is not in its original packaging

5. Size Exchanges
Please note:
- Replacement items are only dispatched after the returned item has been received.
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Our sales team can assist with the sizing before you make a purchase, and fittings may be possible and may be arranged before the purchase, depending on the product.
- You may exchange purchased items once. A 10% handling fee applies from the second exchange onward.
- Courier and any other shipping fees for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Store Credit
If your return is approved and goods have been received:
- You will immediately receive a store credit for the full product value after the returned goods have been inspected and approved.
- Store credit can be used to place a new order. The new order will take the normal process time.
- You may return items for store credit once. For the second return onward, a 10% handling fee charge will be applied to your credit.
7. Monetary Refunds
If you prefer a monetary refund instead of store credit, the following conditions apply:
- A 15% handling and administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15–30 business days.
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the reversal.

8. Product Condition on Return
All returned items undergo a thorough inspection.
To protect future customers, we cannot accept items that are not in resellable condition.
In rare cases, an administration fee of up to 15% may apply to prevent misuse of the returns system.
9. Damaged Items or Factory Faults
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
10. Product Performance
We are a certified reseller of all listed products and do not supply counterfeit items.
All products come from reputable and traceable manufacturers.
If a product does not perform as expected:
- Contact us to log a return. You may return it within the allowed period for assessment.
- We will forward the item to the manufacturer for expert evaluation.
- The manufacturer determines whether the product qualifies for an exchange or replacement.
If the manufacturer does not approve the claim, we are required to follow their decision.
11. Special Orders
Special orders are products that take longer than normal to be delivered. Please look out for such products as explained in the product description section before deciding to buy. Some of the special orders are specifically made for you after you order them, for that reason, special orders items cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
A refund request for a special order will be accompanied by an automatic 15% administration and logistics charge, regardless of whether you choose store credit or a monetary refund. Special order exchanges for a different size will also lead to a 10% administration and handling charge.
In some circumstances, the logistics department may completely decline a request for a change or refund involving a special order.
